Tiny Dog Daycare and Overnight Boarding Visit Checklist
- All food and bags must be labeled with pets name and feeding instructions.
- Medications must be labeled with pets name and instructions.
- Proof of vaccinations is required in order for us to board your pet. It is your responsibility to provide records from your veterinarian prior to drop off. This will include DHLPP, Bordatella and Rabies. The Bordatella vaccine must be administered no less than 14 days prior to boarding.
- Please do NOT bring beds, bowls, toys or bones. Tiny Dog Daycare and Boarding will provide plenty of pet blankets, toys and treats. We do not give rawhide or greenies.
- If your pet uses "wee wee" pads please include plenty for his or her stay.
- If your dog is normally crated when you are not home or while they are sleeping please bring their crate. You may include bedding for the crate.
- It is important to apply monthly flee and tick prevention. If your dog is due or you normally don't use it please apply it prior to drop off.
- OK this may sound strange to some of you
but PLEASE trim or shave your dogs anal area and trim tail if need be before arrival.
- Boarding fees are $35 per night, payment is due in full at the time of drop-off. We do not accept credit card or checks.
- If you pick-up AFTER your scheduled date, payment will be due at the time of pick-up at the boarding rate of $35 per night. Unfortunately if you pick-up before your scheduled pick-up date the difference will be non-refundable. We only take a limited amount of pets and those dates have been set aside for your pet.
- Please fill out the application packet before each visit and bring it with you at the time of drop off as well as the most recent vaccine report on your veterinarian's letterhead.
